The flood

As some of you know, the World Bird Sanctuary is located in Valley Park, MO, where the Meramec River is expected to peak today at 40 feet. The lower site, which is where most of the birds on this blog are housed, has been evacuated. Though the birds and people are safe, clean-up could be expensive. Everyone who can is pitching in.
